Dorian Prosdocimi (CEO)
Born in 1967 in Florence, Italy, Mr. Prosdocimi has had extensive experience in trading, investing and advising in financial markets. Prior to forming Prosdocimi Ltd in 2008, Mr. Prosdocimi was employed by Friedman Billings Ramsey where he served as CEO and was responsible for building the European business (2000 – 2007). Prior to joining Friedman Billings Ramsey, Mr. Prosdocimi was an institutional broker with Salomon Smith Barney in its New York and London offices (1993 – 2000). Prior to this, Mr Prosdocimi was a commodity broker at Czarnikow Ltd in London. He has had extensive experience in equity capital markets and in international capital raising for a wide range of clients.

Jason Fitzpatrick (COO)
Jason Fitzpatrick co-founded Linear Investment Limited in 2010, in February 2014 when he left the company annual gross turnover had reached of $6mm, across 5 revenue lines, the company also had $75mm AUM across 50 portfolios with a net revenue of $250K a month. Jason has over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, in 1992 he joined Lehman Brothers and worked within the Fixed Income and Equity divisions over his 15 Year tenure, the last few years focusing on electronic trading.
In 2007 Jason was asked to join MF Global to head of the European Electronic Execution desk, under his management the daily execution volumes grew to over $200mm a day. Jason Fitzpatrick holds a degree in accountancy from University of Kent at Canterbury.
Peter Golder
Peter T. Golder is a Managing Director of Prosdocimi Limited, a FCA licensed full service, private brokerage and merchant bank. Established in 2008, Prosdocimi offers solutions in corporate finance, investment management for institutional clients, family offices, hedge funds and high net worth clients. Peter is responsible for strategic business development and wealth management.
Previously, Peter was the CEO of Deutsche Bank’s Islamic Structuring Boutique Dar Al Istithmar; the Global Head of Strategy of Deutsche Bank’s Global Market Equity division and a strategy consultant with Booz & Company.
Peter is the Founder and CEO of Addaura – an independent strategy and corporate advisory boutique focused on financial services – and Almitra Wealth Management.
He has led corporate advisory mandates for financial institutions in the USA, UK, UAE, Sub-Saharan Africa and Asia and served as a senior executive advisor, Managing Director, COO and CFO for hedge funds, market infrastructures and investment banks.
Peter holds a PhD in Corporate Strategy and International Business from Cass Business School, a Master in European Law and Politics (Insigni Cum Laude) and a Master in Economics and Finance both from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

Brian O’Connell
Brian O’Connell has over 12 years of professional experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Before joining Prosdocimi, he was an investment associate at Valiance Asset Management responsible for overseeing a USD 100 million portfolio of direct co- investments in natural resource, technology and life science companies. Before this he was responsible for sales and marketing of Threadneedle funds to UK financial advisers and life companies as part of the UK distribution team, and prior to 2008 Brian was responsible for technology and consultancy services sales to leading blue chip firms in EMEA while he was at Experian QAS and Insite Objects. Brian holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a postgraduate diploma in Information Technology from the University of Limerick in Ireland.
